In her summaries, counsel for the accuser referred to the defendant's statements as presented in the framework of his testimony (P/172) of August 2, 2016, as statements from which it is possible to unequivocally learn about the defendant's part.
Some of the statements are explicit and clear, and cannot be interpreted in any other way than an unequivocal admission that he was part of the operation, and part of it is that the stolen weapons were transferred to his vehicle, in his presence, in his position while in Beit Kamma.
Another part includes general and partial statements attesting to his involvement in the theft and conspiracy affair, the defendant demonstrates great knowledge about the stolen weapons, its type, quantities, details about the transportation, and more, and he was unable to explain these statements in his testimony in court.
The statements and confessions of the defendant will be detailed below, but we must begin with a statement that is at the center of the defendant's confession. A statement that contains an explicit and clear admission that he received the stolen weapons in his car in Beit Kama.
In his interrogation P/172, the defendant was asked and answered as follows:
"Tax Investigator' 2 Luck: You came with your car and they loaded it?
Interrogee Muhammad Zoabi: (01:54:13.061) Yes.
Tax Investigator' 2 Luck: On your car, you saw".

A quote with the rest of the remarks will be brought below, but it should already be emphasized that this statement by the defendant is a clear admission of his part and his act attributed to him in the indictment, not only by saying "yes" but also by saying "yes" but the defendant also nods his head in the affirmative when he gives the answer, and again nods his head in the affirmative when he is told the words "about your car".
