- A.A.  36, Lior Shaham of the Negev District Attorney's Office, who served at the relevant time as an arrest claimant for the Negev District Attorney's Office and was the arguer in the framework of the WHO proceeding in the defendant's case.  On July 24, 2016, the defendant's counsel contacted him in an attempt to inquire about the intelligence investigation that the defendant was undergoing, and the witness replied in the negative, and then the defendant's counsel suggested that in exchange for the defendant's release, he could assist in the return of the weapons.  In this regard, a memorandum was filed on his behalf (P/168).

In addition, A.  testified.A.  43, Mr. Ahmad Zoabi - He was interrogated by the police about his part in the affair, as the owner of a warehouse where the remains of the stolen weapons were found (the warehouse exploded with all its contents).  He knows the defendant and his family, but in his testimony he claimed that he had not had contact with the defendant in the relevant recent period, and that he did not know about what was happening in his warehouse, which was open to all.

The parties waived the testimony of additional prosecution witnesses while agreeing to submit statements/memoranda/reports.  The most important of these is A.A.  7, Officer Shadi Bashir, about whom the accuser wishes to make a "plaginen speech" in relation to what he said in his statements.

On behalf of the accuser, many additional pieces of evidence were presented on a series of topics: testimonies and evidence collected related to the base, the burglary and the stolen ammunition; evidence/memoranda related to forensics and the collection of evidence from the scene of the incident; Other testimonies in the affair; Photographs from Beit Kama; evidence and data about the vehicles involved and their driving on Highway 6; cellular data (including call outputs and locations); artifacts related to the explosion in the warehouse; the defendant's statements and interrogations, including the controversial interrogation/questioning filmed in the framework of CD P/172, and transcribed, in the most recent transcript - P/172; Notices and investigative actions in the case of Officer Shadi A.A.7.
