More than necessary, I will add and note that in this matter as well, the plaintiff's conduct, in which she did not raise any demand for payment of commission in respect of the second offering, even though correspondence and meetings between the parties after the second offering, and in practice, the suppression of her claims in this matter until the issuance of the demand letter in February 2020, also shows that the plaintiff did not believe in real time that she was entitled to a commission in respect of the second offering.

In light of the aforesaid, I also reject the plaintiff's claim for commission in respect of the second offering.

Conclusion;

  1. Since the plaintiff's arguments with respect to all the remedies claimed by her were rejected, her claim is dismissed, and this is what I order.
  2. The plaintiff will bear the defendant's expenses in the sum of NIS 100,000, which will be paid within 30 days from today.
  3. The Secretariat will communicate the judgment to the parties.

Granted today, August 10, 2025, in the absence of the parties.
