The prosecution further argues that even in his reply to the indictment, defendant 1 did not raise the version regarding "Mand Electric" and the adoption of the transactions.

The prosecution argues that it has proven the fact that the supplier's accounts and records were false, while comparing the real supplier's accounts, according to which the goods were imported to Israel.

As stated, defendant 1 also admitted in his police interrogation that these were accounts in which the value of the goods was reduced, which were lower than what was actually paid.

The import licenses that are the subject of indictments 9-14 were submitted in the name of the "Schloss" company as the importer of the goods, and in some cases the documents were sold for release, and the invoices were submitted on behalf of the buyer.

According to the prosecution, the person who sold the goods and the documents for the release of the goods, for defendant 1, was Shlomo Metok.

The prosecution argues that it proved that defendant 1 was the one who made use of the "Schloss" company, and that the only person who filed a receipt on its behalf was Yibo.

In Charge 9, the import invoices were submitted through the customs broker "Mentfield", and it was Defendant 1 who contacted the customs broker himself, so he should be considered as the one who submitted the false import receipts.

In charges 10-14, the records were submitted by the customs brokers of the companies, to whom defendant 1 sold the documents for the release of the goods, and therefore, he did not submit the import records directly.  However, the prosecution argues that his criminal liability extends to the submission of the lists, even if they were submitted by another party.

The purchasers of the documents from defendant 1, through Shlomo Metuk, did not know that these were false and forged documents, and therefore submitted them to customs, believing that they were authentic documents.

In doing so , "Uri Resch forced the buyers of the documents to make the false submission."
