Hence, the defense's arguments based on Rosenthal's testimony cannot be accepted and cannot be changed.
- Shkedi's statement in his interrogation, "Imaginary Competition" – In its summaries, Wei sought to build on certain things that Shkedi said in his interrogation at the Authority in connection with Balam Anemone regarding "imaginary competition" (paras. 447-449 of Wei's summaries).
The statement made by Shkedi during his interrogation was not submitted. From what was asked during his testimony, it appears that at a certain point in the ISA's interrogation, Shkedi was presented with a "release form for ordering" (P/50), which was filled out by Knitork and in which he described the procurement process, including the location of the server inventory in UltraTrade, with reference to the fact that despite this, competition was carried out between Harel, Wee and Triple C, and Wee's offer was the best (P/50, see paragraph 369 above, where a quote from the document was quoted). Wei referred to the fact that in his interrogation with the Authority, Shkedi was asked, "How do you compete with them when you know that everyone buys from the same source?to which he replied during the interrogation, "I can't understand what was behind this competition. Were there other sources or did they all turn to the same source?" Later, Shkedi was asked during the interrogation: "Could it be that he found out about it at the end of Shlomi [Kenitürk]?to which he replied, "It could be. I have no 100% doubt that Shlomi did not consciously create an imaginary competition. There are no such things in our country" (p. 1858, paras. 1-16, where Shakedi was presented with the words from his interrogation with the Authority).
In these last words, Wei sought to find any proof that the competition in the Anemone Alliance was fictitious, ostensibly, which is what Shkedi allegedly meant when he said "imaginary," even if, according to him, Knitork was not aware of it.
Rather, value finds in things what is not in them, and what is said there does not change the picture that emerges from the evidence.
