But this is not enough.  In this context, additional evidence that has been brought raises questions must also be taken into account.

The thesis according to which the Matrix offer to Balam Oranim is in fact a combination of Shohat's two emails (P/450 and P/132) and therefore it stands at a sum of $449,440 was not presented at all to Schnevsky, a man who financed and who managed the procurement process for the Oranim project and Balam Oranim at all.  On the contrary, in the concise reference that was required of him at the time of his testimony, Shkanevsky confirmed that the price quote submitted by Matrix to the Oranim Commander was in the sum of $395,860 in a manner that did not correspond to the accuser's position (p. 991, paras. 13-17, p. 921, para. 23, from where it appears that P/132 was first presented to him in a witness refresh; it also appears that Shohat's first e-mail message (P/450) is a central pillar of the accuser's thesis,  It was not presented at all to Schneevsky; See the arguments in paragraph 25 of Shohat's summaries, which were not concealed).  Moreover.  In real time, Shekanevsky prepared a summary document of the procurement process for the Oranim project.  In this summary there is no mention of the offer in the amount of $449,440 (paragraphs 5 of P/126 and P/125; see also para. 7 there, which relates to the savings that were achieved, which also shows that no bid of $449,440 was submitted, and that the highest offer was in the sum of $440,000).  In other words, it appears that even in real time, Shaknevsky and the Civil Appeal did not see Matrix's offer to the Oranim Police Department as an offer of $449,440, which is the price of the offer according to the accuser's method.  The accuser's position even folds into the claim that Shohat submitted Matrix's proposal to the Oranim Police Department for two lessons, some in the afternoon (P/450) and some at night (P/132).  This was done without the accuser referring in her summaries to any evidence that indicates that it was possible to submit a proposal for classes at the Oranim School or at all.  To this, it should be added that the material documents on which the accuser's thesis is based – P/450 and P/132 – were not presented to Shochat and Shahar in their interrogations with the Authority (in addition to the aforesaid in relation to the failure to present them to Shaknevsky), so that no version was accepted by them in relation to the accuser's position.
