In her summaries, the accuser referred to various statements made by Shochat that testify to her position that he was a party to a restrictive arrangement in online pricing. Among other things, Shochat said in his interrogation that "it is possible that we also talked about this tender. About the prices. Where does the tender start from and what numbers did they reach" (P/240, paras. 408-409); Because it is possible that they talked about "where people go in prices" (P/240, s. 415); Because "it is possible that as soon as I stopped and reached my costs I said that this is it, I have nowhere else to go but not beyond that" (P/240, paras. 422-423). Later, Shohat noted that they did not talk about the prices they were submitting in the tender, "not about the prices", but that it is possible that when he saw that someone was lowering the price, he called Shahar and cursed "where does he get these prices from" (P/240, Q. 522-527), because it is possible that Shachar told him not to go wild with the price (P/240, Q. 698) or that Shachar called him after seeing that someone was lowering the price and called to ask Shohat, "Are you going wild?" (P/240, S. 719-721). Elsewhere in his interrogation, Shochat said, "Even if he [Shahar] threw me a price, don't slaughter a price [and I told him]... Okay okay, it still doesn't stop me from getting to almost my costumes. We have already seen the madness of others who came to the Undercoast" (P/240, paras. 706-710, and see p. 6919, paras. 6-13, with reference to the fact that the intention was "and I told him all right, all right" and not as recorded in the interrogation); And in another place he said, "It is possible that he [Shahar] threw at me, Haim don't slaughter, Haim don't commit suicide, he can also tell me my deal in any situation because I have priority over IBM" (P/240, Q. 711-713). In his testimony, Shochat related in a similar manner to the content of the conversations with Shahar. Shohat testified that he does not remember what the talks were about because the talks did not revolve around prices, "but who cuts, who lowers prices, who participates, why are they participating, how many participants are there, what is happening, these are questions that can be asked in order to get information for yourself and know what is happening..." (p. 6905, paras. 15-19); " He [Shahar] can call in a certain conversation and say, 'Listen, don't slaughter prices, they're killing me, things like that, but he can't say beyond that, don't lower prices..." (p. 6913, paras. 2-3; p. 6920, paras. 18-20; See also p. 6915, paras. 12-18, where he testified that he did not tell Shachar how much he was serving, but it is possible that he said to him, "Look what" what numbers they serve; p. 6920, paras. 18-22).
