Oshri and Shachar were also addressed in a copy of this email message in which the prices of the coordination (P/82).

Bayan also forwarded a copy of the email message to the attention of Reshef, who handled the submission of A.M.T.'s bid for the Mapi tender (P/82, P/279).  Rubinstein replied to the email message he wrote to her in Babayan and wrote "thank you," for which Oshri and Shachar were also addressed in a copy (P/558, N/357; To this "thank you" message, an automatic response was received from Oshri who is out of the office, N/289; However, Oshri did not claim that he did not read the emails in real time; On the contrary, Oshri testified that he reads emails even when he is on vacation, p. 4577, s. 5, p. 4580, s. 5-15, as is also evident from the content of the automatic reply itself; In any case, this does not change the matter of his awareness and involvement in coordination).

  1. We will immediately also relate to the proposals that were actually submitted to the Mapi tender and the fact that the value of EMT actually worked to execute the coordination agreement between them. First, we will complete the reference to Wee's coordination attempt with Harel.
  2. Wei's attempt to coordinate with Harel – we saw above that Mapi also approached Harel in order for it to submit a bid for the Mapi tender and that Harel purchased the tender documents (P/266, P/347, P/74, P/76; see also paragraph 788 above). Zeiger corresponded with a salesperson at Harel regarding contacting NetApp (Noy) to receive a price quote for Harel in order to submit a tender (P/266, P/347, Zeiger, p. 5970, S. 8 - P. 5971, S. 16).

We also saw that shortly after the publication of the Mappi tender, Babian Moi approached Shahar with a request that Shahar help him "close the corner of Mefi" also vis-à-vis "the guy from Harel", that is, in order to make a deal with Harel that the latter would submit a higher price quote than Wei's, and that Shahar replied that he would do so (P/319, see paragraphs 788-793 above).
