"Yossi.

In the MPR project  , you can walk together.  You can go separately.

I suggest going together (without everyone saying why it's their deal...).

What do you think?"

(2) A few minutes later (15:57) Zeiger replied  to Nahum:

"Rami, we can go together, I'll commit to buying the Unix from you."

(3) To this Nahum replied (16:00):

"Not just Unix.

Half and half."

(4) Shortly afterwards (16:04) Nahum added  :

"There's not much difference between half and half and what you're proposing."

(5) To this Zeiger replied in a short time:

"If there is no difference , we have closed" (underline added).

(6) Nahum replied minutes later (16:07):

"There is a difference.  Small.

I run for myself and against IBM.

He also closes in front of Orshitzer WE  and Emet.

I have a contract on MPR.

Coming back to you."

After a few hours, the correspondence between the two continued.

Zeiger testified that in between, there were also phone conversations between him and Nahum.  As we shall see below, the intention of the parties – as is also clearly evident from the continued correspondence from real time – was to submit two coordinated proposals to Elta, behind her back and without her knowledge, so that Harel would win and the parties would share the profits of the project.

From the correspondence we have seen so far, it appears that at the beginning there was a discussion between Zeiger and Nahum regarding the manner of distributing the profits.  Unix servers accounted for about one-third of the project, and X servers  accounted  for about two-thirds (see collective dispute (7) below).  Zeiger wanted Triple to make do with the profit received from the sale of the Unix servers (i.e., a third) and suggested that as part of the arrangement, Harel would undertake to purchase the Unix servers from Triple C.  Nahum, on the other hand, demanded that the parties share the profits half-and-half, meaning that Triple C would also receive part of the profit from the sale of X servers, as he wrote, "Not just Unix.  Half and half" (see, e.g., Zeiger's testimony, p. 5343, paras. 6-10), Nahum wanted to take part in the profit of the X-Men as well, and not only of the Unix; See also: p. 5350, s. 8-10, s. 17 - p. 5351, s. 2).
