Oshri testified that on Friday, three days before their first interrogations at the Authority, Shahar called Oshri and told him that the Authority had found e-mail correspondence between Shahar and Gilad and possibly other suppliers as well; Shahar told Oshri that he was concerned and that he (Shahar) had deleted the emails (p. 4782, paras. 6-9). Oshri also testified that Shahar told him that he (Shahar) deleted the emails because they were "things I don't want them to see" (p. 4783, paras. 20-22) and that he (Shahar) was "afraid of emails that the authority will look at or see... Afraid of getting into trouble..." (p. 4784, paras. 14-16). The next day, on Saturday – two days before the interrogations – Shachar called Oshri again and said he was worried. Subsequently, Oshri testified, Oshri jumped into Shachar's house and the two spoke again. Oshri testified that Shachar told him again about the deletion of the emails between Shahar and Gilad, that he had deleted all his correspondence with Harel, because these were "things that could be portrayed as bad", and told Oshri that he (Oshri) would also delete the emails, the correspondence with Harel (p. 4785, s. 13 - p. 4786, s. 4), that emails with a competing supplier would not look good to the authority (p. 4786, S. 13-21 (P/214, S. 329-342)). According to Oshri, during the meeting on Saturday, he realized that Shachar had deleted emails and according to him, he inquired with Shachar what the transactions were about (P/214, paras. 339-342). Oshri further testified that a day later, on Sunday - the day before the ISA investigation - Shachar sat with Oshri (and Tal Weisser, who was at the time co-CEO of Wei together with Oshri), and Shahar told them that there was an investigation against Harel, and to Oshri's question, Shachar replied that the Authority was investigating IAI transactions, that the Authority had also reached IAI's offices, that there could be emails that had passed "between us and Harel" and that the Authority might interpret them (as coordination) (P/212, S. 803-819).
