Defendant 1, Oshri Sharon (Oshri), served at the relevant times in various positions in the company, first as an infrastructure manager (p. 4694, paras. 14-19), later as deputy general manager (p. 4695, paras. 21-23) and then as co-CEO of the company (p. 4274, paras. 11-17, n/327).
Defendant 2, Shahar Sharon (Shahar), served as a salesman and customer manager at Wii who was in charge of executing procurement transactions in the field of computing solutions with a number of customers, including a civil appeal (p. 2612, paras. 22-24). Shachar's case ended with a conviction following his confession in an amended indictment as part of a plea bargain (see sentence of September 13, 2021, text allowed for publication of September 20, 2021). Later, Shahar testified as a witness on behalf of the accuser.
Harel -
Defendant 5, Yosef Zeiger (Zeiger), served at the relevant times first as the manager of the sales team of the public sector at Harel, which is also responsible for all the defense industries, including IAI, and later as the company's VP of sales. In his position he was in charge of the tenders field in the company (P/218, paras. 31-37, paras. 43-50; p. 5270, paras. 16-24).
Defendant 6, Gilad Tzur (Gilad), was a salesman at Harel, who worked under Zeiger and was responsible for the procurement transactions with ELTA (p. 5272, paras. 16-24). Gilad's case ended with a conviction following his confession in an amended indictment as part of a plea bargain (see the sentence of December 26, 2021).
The original indictment was also directed at Dan Mualem, who at various times was the CEO and active manager of Harel and its owner (Mualem). Muallem was convicted as part of a plea bargain of offenses by virtue of managers' responsibility under section 48 of the Competition Law (see sentence of August 9, 2017).
Triple C -
Defendant 8, Rami Nahum (Nahum). See Judgment of August 9, 2017) by virtue of managers' liability under section 48 of the Competition Law , he served as CEO and owner of Triple C (P/236, paras. 21-22, 35-36). Nahum did not testify at the trial.
