Windows and shutters: The expert found that the end fittings in the windows of the apartment (gaskets and wind barriers) had not yet been installed; unusual scratches were detected on the window of the living room; and it was found that the shading shutters did not provide maximum shading.  The total estimated cost of repairing the defects is ILS 5,800.

The front door: The expert found local brush marks and original paint leaks on the front door rectangle.  Estimated cost of repairing the defects - 300 ILS.

The door and window of the safe room: Local signs of brushing and paint leaks were observed on the rectangle of the safe room door and the rectangle of the safe room window.  In addition, a stop to the door of the safe room was not completed.  The total estimated cost of repairing the defects is ILS 600.

Non-conformity with the sales plans: The court's expert found that the width of the niche in the service area was normal; that the inspection box installed on the floor of the apartment was installed in accordance with the plan, and that no acoustic hazard was proven; that the plaster apron in the foyer was not installed in contravention of the plan but does not constitute a visual hazard; and that the lowering of the ceiling and the air conditioning system were carried out in accordance with the instructions of the planner of the air conditioning system and without harming the efficiency of the air conditioning system.

The air conditioning system: The expert determined that in the absence of an air conditioning expert's opinion, he could not give his opinion regarding the alleged damage to the efficiency of the air conditioning system.  He also determined that the ventilation system complies with the instructions of the Home Front Command.

Thermal insulation: The expert did not locate any visual findings indicating a failure in the thermal insulation system.  The expert ordered an examination of the section of the envelope wall in the northern bedroom and an examination of the wall layers, and found that there was no deviation in the resistance factor from the requirements of SI 1045.  However, in accordance with the planning of the project's thermal consultant, an improvement of 65% was planned in accordance with the requirements of SI 1045, but in practice there is an improvement of about 30%.  In order to examine the entire components of the space, it is necessary to perform an intrusive inspection on the floor of the room and the floor of the balcony of a third-party apartment, and then it is possible to consider the suitability of replacing the wall envelope.  At this stage, the expert estimated the cost of repairing the defect at ILS 10,000.
