The witness, Adv. Afik: You can say..."

  1. In light of all the above, the plaintiff's claim to lift the corporate veil against the defendant is hereby rejected.

Conclusion -

  1. The claim with all its components is hereby dismissed.
  2. The defendants argued before me that in light of the considerable sums of the claim and in the absence of evidence to support the plaintiff's claims of his entitlement to double wages, the allocation of shares and the receipt of a grant, in contravention of what was agreed upon in the employment agreement, there is room to award the plaintiff real/significant expenses.
  3. The defendants' arguments were taken into account in weighing the amount of expenses, as well as the fact that we are dealing with a claim by an employee against his employer, and the plaintiff's relatively modest salary.
  4. In the circumstances of the case, I hereby determine that the plaintiff will pay the defendants legal expenses and attorney's fees, in the sum of ILS 25,000, which will be paid within 30 days from the date of the judgment, otherwise they will bear linkage and interest differentials until the actual date of payment.  These sums take into account the expenses for the rejection of the plaintiff's request for foreclosures, as decided by the Honorable Judge Kramer (the Honorable Registrar, as described at the time), dated December 30, 2021.
  5. The right to appeal to the National Labor Court, according to law.
  6. The court thanks the parties for their patience in light of the delay in rendering the judgment, inter alia, due to the undersigned's incapacity for a period exceeding six months, due to personal circumstances.

It was given today, July 12, 2026, in the absence of the parties and will be sent to them.
