Zahavi also testified about the way the program is conducted in a routine manner. Thus, on page 39, lines 29-34:
"The witness, Mr. Zehavi: I don't disagree, I'm just telling you again what I said earlier, I'm trying to understand if you imagine I'm sitting with a rule book,
Adv. Abramov: Nope.
The witness, Mr. Zehavi: During the program, it's a very spontaneous, very energetic program, very upset, people come and bring up the terrible difficulties in their lives, and sometimes things are emitted that may not meet these regulatory rules.
And yes, he testified on page 40, lines 12-15:
The witness, Mr. Zehavi: I repeat that in a program like this, sometimes the columns come up, and I really tell you the truth, what to do not have the rules of regulation in front of my eyes at that moment.

The parties also do not disagree on the question of who is the management at the relevant dates. Thus, from line 31 on page 17 to line 3 on page 18, Zahavi confirmed that the person who ran the station during his suspension was Zelkovnik.
- However, the dispute between the parties revolved around the conclusion of this section and in accordance with it:
" In order to fulfill the aforesaid, the Contractor undertakes, inter alia, to review and update from time to time the details of the laws and binding procedures concentrated in the legal file located in the Company's offices, and to consult, as necessary, with the station's management in all matters related to the provision of services to the aforementioned Oud.
