Zahavi also testified in lines 1-2 on page 28:

"The witness, Mr. Zehavi: I thought it was unjustified and I don't retract things I believe in."

And finally, in lines 30-33 on page 46:

"The witness, Mr. Zehavi: I will answer you for the 12th time, I just said 12, I didn't think there was room to apologize for the fact that I was fighting for 174 people who died of hypothermia, starvation, and that the things I said, he writes that I am desecrating the sanctities of religion, it's a lie, my opinion, defamation, not just a second, I'm telling you."

Support for Zehavi's argument and the fact that hearing the words in the entire context shows that they do not violate the law can be found in the testimony of Zelkovnik, on behalf of the defendant herself.  In his testimony, Mr. Zelkovnik evaded a direct answer to the question of whether hearing the words in context does indeed show that there is no harm as claimed, but his testimony shows that in practice this is what he believes.  Thus, on page 87, lines 3-14, Zelkovnik testified:

"The witness, Mr. Zelkovnik: First of all, I will say as an editor of many types of content in the last 25 years, I say this to the honorable court, to which 6-minute, 10-minute, 12-minute segments are played, always one context or another can sound different, but this is already an editorial matter, and it is my master's right to broadcast it, it was in the margins of your question, the final part, the end, the end, the end, the end, what later on, even in the age of social networks, was distributed, a derivative, sent on WhatsApp, distributed to the entire country, created waves immediately after its broadcast.  Of endless reactions that talked about public generalizations, anti-Semitism on the part of the applicants, and all kinds of harm to sacred symbols, especially the wearing of tefillin, which if my lord had also shown the video that reaches hundreds of thousands of viewers from the radio and from all the media that the program is broadcast, they would have seen that Mr. Zahavi made a movement around the tefillin and acted as if he was wrapping them and hanging himself, which did not contribute to the event."
