Clause 3.1 of the Agreement states that:

"In exchange for fulfilling all of its obligations under this agreement, the contractor will be entitled to receive from the company a total consideration of ILS 50, 000 plus VAT as required by law for each month of broadcasting."

In addition, the agreement included the possibility of receiving additional consideration for remuneration for the sale of sponsorships and syndication.

Clause 4 of the agreement explicitly states that an employee-employer relationship will not apply to the relationship between the parties.

Article 5.2 of this Agreement provides that:

The Contractor and the Broadcaster undertake that during the 'Term of this Agreement and for a period of 6 months thereafter (hereinafter: the "Non-Competition Period"), they, directly or indirectly, whether alone or within the framework of any corporation and/or entity, will not broadcast, assist a third party in broadcasting, will not participate, will not show any involvement or take part, in a radio program in the same or similar format as the radio program broadcast on another broadcasting station.  In return for and in consideration of the Contractor's undertaking as stated in this Clause, the Company undertakes to pay the Contractor during the period of non-competition the consideration specified in clause 3.1 above, and only this consideration, under the terms and dates specified in clause 3.2 of the Agreement.

It is hereby clarified and agreed that the Company shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, at any time before and during the beginning of the Non-Competition Period, to shorten the Non-Competition Period or to completely waive the Contractor's non-compete obligation as aforesaid, with 3 days' notice, in which case the Company will be exempt from paying the consideration as stated in this section above, or will be obligated to pay the consideration only for the shortened non-competition period.  Everything is as the case may be."
