Tawfiq added that until this incident, "Ahmed was like my brother, we were from the first grade until we finished school." When the interrogator slammed Tawfiq that according to the defendant, there was a fight between him and Muhammad, Tawfiq replied that he was not fighting with the deceased and that the deceased had approached him because the defendant was a good friend of his, and if the defendant says he is not related, then why would the defendant "come back and kill Muhammad" (v.  16).  In response to the interrogator's question about whether the defendant ran over Muhammad on purpose, he answered: "I don't know that, I haven't seen this incident." Tawfiq was asked how he knew that the defendant had called his brother Karim and replied that the car (Dodge) was not at home and that he had entered the neighborhood from outside.  According to him, from the moment the defendant broke the windshield until the moment of the murder, "maybe eight minutes...  ten minutes of roofing."

Confrontation of the Defendant - Tawfik (P/27B) (P/27C):

On the same day that Tawfiq was interrogated by the police, there was also a confrontation between him and the defendant (p.  60 onwards).  Thus, among other things, he slammed the defendant: "Ahmed Shehadeh Abu al-Qiyan the terrorist"; you murdered him"; " You didn't stop pressing, even Muhammad, I told him to get out of here, get out of here and you did it again on purpose, and he came back before you did it again on purpose, he didn't want to beat you because he respects me and he knows I respect you, he tells me to talk to your friend, talk and I tell him I'll talk and you keep pressing gas.  "

Since the defendant claimed that Tawfiq was the one who had a fight with Muhammad, the interrogator asked for Tawfik's comment, who answered: "Muhammad parked and got out of him, and I grabbed Muhammad, and Muhammad started beating me so that I would release him on him and he thinks we were fighting, he got out of the car advancing and then I threw him out and threw Muhammad, and Muhammad got in his car and he said to Muhammad, listen, if you're a man, wait for me at the intersection, I'm going to get the Dodge and get back to you...  "
