Tawfik's statements to the police:
Following Tawfik's retraction in his testimony in court from statements he made to the police regarding the threat made by the defendant towards the deceased, the plaintiff submitted his statements and asked to give preference to his testimony in accordance with the provisions of section 10A of the Evidence Ordinance, 5731-1971.

This is how Tawfiq described the incident at the washing machine during his interrogation with the police: "Then Ahmad (the defendant) went into the washing machine and put a parking lot and started gassing a van, and Muhammad (the deceased) told him that this is our house, it's not pleasant what you are doing and Ahmad didn't stop, so Muhammad got angry and I said so that nothing would happen, and Muhammad gave me respect, and told me that I would turn to him and that I would talk to him so that he wouldn't do it. I turned to Ahmad and told him to stop, and Muhammad told me that he wasn't stopping and they started fighting with their hands and I separated them. Because I respect both of them, I threw them into the house, Muhammad went out to their house and right at the intersection, and Ahmed deliberately gassed it, and Wen Wen and Muhammad went back to washing their faces and Ahmad got out, as if because he was doing the gas on purpose, so Muhammad went down and Ahmed went down and then I stood between the two of them, and Muhammad hit the windshield of the car and broke the windshield..."
And later: "I separate Muhammad from Ahmad, Muhammad would jump on Ahmad and I got the beatings instead of Ahmad and I put him back in his car and he hit her hard and it broke... "; " Yes. This is what Tawfiq said in the interrogation regarding the threats: "And Ahmad said to him: 'Muhammad, listen, you broke that window and you will get what you deserve for what you did, and Muhammad said to him, 'Listen, I'll pay you for the glass, ' and Ahmad said to him, 'I don't want to bring the Dodge to destroy your car with the Dodge.'"
