The defendant confirms that after the incident in the wash, he met with his brother Karem at their home in order to organize a family event that required shopping, transportation, bringing equipment, etc. The defendant also confirms that after his brother Karem arrived at their home together with the Dodge, got into the car and drove it, while his brother moved to the front passenger seat, even though he did not have a suitable driver's license to drive the Dodge.
Copied from the prophecy The defendant denies that he intentionally accelerated towards the deceased when he noticed him walking on the left sidewalk. The defendant denies that he swerved the car or got on the sidewalk. The defendant's claim is that he was surprised by the presence of the deceased, tried to brake the vehicle but was unable to prevent the accident. In addition, the defendant denies that after hitting the deceased with the vehicle, he got up and ran over him using the two right wheels of the Dodge. The defendant did not continue driving continuously after the ramming.
The defendant tried to brake the vehicle and when he failed to do so before the hit, he was afraid to wait on the spot and therefore left the scene and drove to the Yatir Forest, where he stayed for a while and then left the car.
The defendant did not intend to harm the deceased, but rather drove in the car for the purpose of arranging matters in preparation for a family event. The defendant did not see the deceased before the injury, was unaware that he was on the street at the time: "This is an unfortunate accident caused by two things - the defendant's careless driving when he turned right, and the deceased's presence on the road in the vicinity of the turn."

In addition to the testimonies, a series of exhibits were submitted with consent, including videos documenting the scene and the surrounding streets, reconstructions, actions by traffic inspectors, documentation of the Dodge near before and after the car-ramming; medical certificates, opinions, including those from the Institute of Forensic Medicine; and the products of unloading phones.
