State of Israel, P.D. 51 (2) After running over the deceased as aforesaid, the defendant continued driving the Dodge car, reached the intersection at the end of Altikva Street, where he turned left in the direction of Route 316, and continued to drive it until he reached the Yatir Diaspora, where he abandoned the vehicle. The deceased was left lying on the road, injured and bleeding.
Passersby who arrived at the scene evacuated him by car to a nearby gas station, from where he was rushed by MDA ambulance to Soroka Hospital.
The death of the deceased, which was caused as a result of the serious injuries caused to him by the defendant, when he hit him and ran him over with the Dodge, was determined shortly after his arrival at the hospital.
By his aforementioned actions, the defendant intentionally caused the death of the deceased.

In summary, while according to the accuser, we are concerned with the deliberate running over of the deceased by the defendant in the background of the incident in the wash, according to the defense, this is a road accident that stems from the defendant's "careless" driving (paragraph 21 of the written reply) when he turned right onto Altikva Street and the deceased's presence on the road near the turn. The defense did not dispute that the deceased's death was caused as a result of the injury to him by the dodge.
Accordingly, in the written response of May 26,2024, the defense did not dispute everything related to the defendant's driver's license, the vehicles in his possession, as well as his residential address and data related to the dimensions of the Dodge vehicle.
As for the incident at the washing machine, it was detailed that the deceased had indeed commented to the defendant on a trivial matter, and a confrontation developed between the two. The deceased then left the scene and returned to it again in order to confront the owner of the washing machine, Tawfik, a confrontation that turned physical, during which the defendant separated the deceased from Tawfik. During the confrontation, the deceased hit the defendant's car, causing a crack in the windshield of the car.
