The defendant is recorded on camera on Al-Tikwa Street (P/9) arriving at his home with the Avensis at 18:52 and waiting in the car until Karem arrived. An analysis of the media studies (P/10(a)) shows that the conversation between the defendant and Karem took place shortly before the defendant arrived at his home parking lot at 18:48 (a conversation that is not in dispute). Since the washing is located a very short distance from the defendant's house (only two streets), even if we assume that after the confrontation with the deceased, he did not immediately get on the Avensis but delayed a little while in the washing, it is still a matter of a few minutes that pass from the end of the incident until he arrives at his home parking lot, and from there almost continuously, driving with Karem and running over the deceased. The aforesaid is well consistent with Tawfiq's statement in the interrogation, according to which from the moment the deceased broke the windshield until the defendant ran over the deceased, "maybe 8 minutes... 10 minutes of roofing" (P/43 S. 30).
This is not a matter of poor grammar and this answer is in line with the defendant's clear intention to artificially separate the incident by washing, which, according to Tawfik (in the police), ends with the defendant threatening the deceased to hit him with the dodge and the deceased's running over with the Dodge shortly afterwards.
In the defendant's first interrogation, he was asked what vehicles he drives and answered, "I only drive the Avensis, I only use the Corolla sometimes, now he is at work. There is also a Ford that is still registered in my name, but it went to the iron" (P/24, p. 4). The defendant, as quoted above, refrained from mentioning the Dodge that he drove when he ran over the deceased. In this regard, it should be mentioned that the defendant's version, as later expressed in his testimony, is that he drives the Dodge many times. This is not a coincidence or forgetfulness, but again, an attempt to distance himself from the vehicle with which he ran over the deceased (possibly also out of the thought that the Dodge would not be found after he left it in the Yatir Forest, and then there was difficulty in tying him to this vehicle).
