Tawfik's testimony:
The defendant was an employee of a car wash institute, a resident of Hura, 22 years old at the time of his testimony. This is how he described the sequence of events: "I told Ahmad (referring to the defendant, D.B.T.), 'Stop pressing, ' he stopped pressing. Muhammad (referring to the deceased, D.B.T.) went out to their house. Then suddenly Ahmad started pressing deliberately. He started pressing on purpose. At this point, the deceased went home and he stayed with the defendant at the washing machine. He told the defendant that he would fix the windshield for him. Later, he saw the Dodge car enter the neighborhood driven by the defendant's brother named Karam. He did not witness the car-ramming. "Five or eight minutes" After seeing the Dodge enter the neighborhood driven by Karam, they called him.
