The parties have tried to reach an agreement regarding the identity of the alternative tribunal, and if no agreement is reached, each of them will give the names of five alternative tribunals, together with the other party's position on those names, and the court will determine the identity of the arbitrator from those names.
- When the judgment was annulled, the court could not transfer the check to the applicants, and therefore it appears that the execution case should be closed.
- The parties shall give notice of all the aforementioned matters within 30 days.
