"That was also the conclusion of the meeting, when it was decided that at the moment we are not publishing anything.  Ravit, who is from the Military Advocate General's Corps, is not the station's direct legal advisor, but since she seems to be in higher intention, we agreed that the material and questions would be transferred from Nurit, the editor, and Hadas to the State Attorney's Office.  Communication began to be established between them and to examine the materials in the matter of whether we can publish, we can't publish.  The unequivocal instruction was not to publish anything.  That was the bottom line of the conversation, and they certainly don't get it out.  What was in the room stayed in the room, and in this segment there was no fear that it would come out.  Because in the end, the competition is not only about external parties, as if other media outlets were doing it.  The show, as well as Razi's show, compared to other shows at the station, has a kind of hidden competition of who brings what.  So even inside the station, it was preserved, I asked to keep what was left in the room.  That was the instruction.  They don't publish anything and keep what was said in the room in the room."

(par.  p.  398, paras.  13-25)

Barkai's testimony:

"Through the commander of Galatz, we were instructed that any publication of the materials is conditional on legal consent...  We were actually instructed that these are materials that require the consent of the State Attorney's Office."

(Par.  p.  256, paras.  33-36)

Steif's testimony:

"The only thing we were told was that we couldn't publish anything until we got the green light from them."

(par.  p.  166, paras.  28-29)

Canetty's testimony:

"At the end of the meeting, we were told that it was still impossible to publish because the legal advisor had to go back to her commanders with the material, she couldn't give advice...  She said not to publish at the moment, I'm going to my supervisors.  I need to check and we'll give you an answer..."
