Call No. 2735 of March 20, 2018 - A conversation between the defendants, about the defendant coming to collect money from the motel. The defendants also talk about the management of the business – placement for rooms, the amount of payment, cleaning and collection. It was said that it was ₪130 per night and an additional NIS 150 for cleaning. It is also mentioned that in the past they rented for ₪200 a night. When asked from whom he came to collect money at the motel, he replied that it was apparently someone who had lived there for three months, and did not remember names (p. 581). Vika and her son lived in the basement at the time (p. 582). The defendant claimed that when the police came to conduct a search, some of the documents and contracts had disappeared. The prosecutor reminded the defendant that according to what he said, he had transferred all the material to the accountant, but the defendant noted that he had not yet transferred the material for 2018 to the accountant before he was arrested (p. 585). The defendant insisted that some of the contracts were taken from him. According to him, he always made contracts with all the tenants, otherwise he would not have insurance (pp. 588, 585). The defendant confirmed that he had transferred the material for 2018 to the accountant, after his arrest (p. 586).

Conversation No. 2840 of March 22, 2018 - between the two defendants. The defendant asks the defendant what to return to the bank if she is asked about a deposit she is about to make, and the defendant replies that she must answer that these are income from the villa. The sums of NIS 100,000, NIS 80,000, NIS 45,000 are mentioned in the conversation. The defendant testified that it was illogical that these were the sums, and when asked what the correct amount was, he replied that he did not know. According to him, it was not logical that all of the said income came from the villa. It was agreed that the defendant earned about NIS 20,000 net per month in the IPS (p. 589).
