As to the record that the defendant lived in the villa for a year, from May 15, 2016 to May 20, 2017, during the divorce proceedings, the defendant testified that it was over a period of three months (as she reported to the police), and not a year (p. 622). The defendant told the police that in April 2017 there was already a peace of mind (p. 623).

The defendants do not have any documents from the association that can be submitted to the Income Tax – there are no invoices and no contracts (p. 623). An affidavit of Ina in the plaza from the association was submitted, without the signature of an attorney (p. 624).

  1. The plaintiff referred the defendant to her statement to the police dated November 4, 2018, paragraph 192 (P/13), in which she stated that every month there was a report for NIS 10,000-15,000 income from renting apartments. The defendant had no answer on the matter (p. 626). The prosecutor further raised that in her statement to the police on December 13, 2018, p. 8 (P/17), the defendant stated regarding the cash deposits, that her cousin had given her cash that she had deposited in the account. The defendant confirmed that she had made such a deposit (p. 627). As for the continuation of her statement in her statement, that the rest of the cash was deposited by the defendant, and when the prosecutor noted that it was about a million new shekels, the defendant claimed that this was the first time she had heard of the said amount. This sum appears in Exhibit N/6, Appendix 3 ("Explanations for Receipt of Cash") (p. 627).
  2. The defendant confirmed that her allegations against the conduct of the interrogator Moti Zehavi (which, according to her, included a threat to beat her) were not raised during the latter's testimony (transcript of September 20, 2023, p. 572). To the claim that her interrogations from December 2018, which were recorded, did not show improper behavior, she replied that the interrogator told her , "Just dare to get up" and did not threaten to beat her (p. 573).
  3. The prosecutor asked the defendant about the fact that the investigation was opened following her conversation with Dr. Nona of the IPS in April 2017, after which Dr. Nona contacted her and submitted a report on the matter – and hence this was not a case of tailoring up a file as the defendant claimed. The defendant reiterated her claim that she had told Dr. Nona about another person's personal affair in the IPS. When confronted with the doctor's claim that the defendant had told her about the defendant's actions (which led to the National Unit for the Investigation of Prison Guards summoning the defendant to testify in April 2017), the defendant claimed that the doctor sought revenge on her after she did not help her son (pp. 575-576).
