Conversation No. 1230 later that day, in which the defendant tells the defendant that the check that he had registered to the exchange was returned (because it was written on the check, p. 24, NIS 347, "twenty-four" instead of "twenty-four[e] thousand" – the word "thousand" is missing, see also P/81), and asks him to call Bezov. According to the argument that if it had been Arik who came to the change and deducted the check, Bezov would have called him and not the defendants, the defendant replied that he did not know who was and who worked at the exchange, and insisted that he himself had been at the change only once, with Arik (p. 585).

Five minutes later, a conversation No. 1231 between the defendant and Arik. In this conversation, the defendant asks Arik, at Bezov's request, to call the bank because the check has been returned, and to confirm the check to the bank. In the same conversation, Arik asks the defendant if he has the check, and the defendant replies in surprise and says that he had already given the check that day. The defendant stated in his testimony that this was not true (p. 585).

Conversation No. 1235, about 15 minutes after the end of the previous conversation with Arik. The defendant denied the claim that from the conversation it appears that Bazov does not know Gomaitum and Arik at all, and that what interests him is that the defendant make sure that the check passes through the bank (p. 586).

  1. A series of calls from February 12, 2018:

The defendant did not deny the plaintiff's claim that on February 12, 2018, at 9:55 a.m., a contact known as Benny Change sent to Arik (p. 586).

In conversation No. 1278 of February 12, 2018 at 9:55 a.m., between the defendant and Arik, the defendant tells Arik that "he" calls every 5 minutes. The prosecutor asked why Bezov continued to call the defendant and not Arik, the defendant replied that he did not know (p. 586).

Conversation No. 1279, dated February 12, 2018 at 9:56 a.m., between the defendant and Bezov, in which Bezov says that he wants to deposit the check and clarifies that the check will not be returned.
