II"The defendant claims that there was poor visibility due to rain and that the range of vision from where the defendant arrived due to a curve to the right does not allow the defendant to be seen or visible.
The defendant denies the deviation as described in the indictment.
The defendant claims that the driver involved completed the overtaking And she was in a deviation into his path.

It should be noted, that on June 29,2025, during the course of the management of the evidence at the stage of a defense case, the defendant's counsel filed a motion under section 108 regarding the procedures of the Israel Police in relation to the seizure, examination, penetration and production of CDR and EDR devices.

In the hearing of the day 107.25.  After reviewing the application under section 108, this panel ruled in the decision that since the hearing of the defense expert's testimony regarding the dismantling of the airbag computer in the vehicle had already begun before the application under section 108 was filed, I did not see fit to set a date for a hearing on the application under section 108, before the defense expert's testimony was heard, and therefore the evidentiary hearing for the continuation of the defense expert's testimony would remain in place.
