The defendant was confronted with another fact that completely contradicts his version that he drove in his lane, and these are the grooves found by the examiner in the mixed driving lane that attest to the location of the collisionHe testified that in court they watched a video of another accident and from the video it can be seen that the accident occurs in a lane that allegedly has grooves, but in the video it can be seen that the person who drove in the lane with the grooves is the culprit in the accident.
The defendant also testified, because the examiner Maayan testified in court, said that everyone was deviant and that he did not know who strayed to whom first.

When the defendant was confronted with this, that under the Kia car of the woman involved were found marks of abrasion and asphalt remnants that corresponded to the grooves that were in the mixed lane, the defendant reiterated that they had seen in court a video of another accident from which they could see that cracks could be found on the road in the lane of the person who was at fault in the accident.  Later he testified in this regard:
"...  I don't know why the grooves appear there, maybe it was an instinctive reaction, I refer you to my first interrogation." (See his testimony of April 1,2025, p.  102, paras.  9-10).

The defendant again confronted the findings of the accident as determined by Examiner Maayan and even by Examiner Vladi, and repeated his answers:
"In Maayan Tsabari's testimony in court, he says in court that everyone is a pervert and he doesn't know how to say who swerved to whom first.  As we saw in the video, once again I bring those present back to the video presented by my defense attorney, which shows that there is a possibility that the cracks in the lane of a certain vehicle are also to blame for the accident.
Q.  You rely heavily on a video, but examiner Maayan said that each case is on its own.
A.  Yes." (See his testimony of April 1,2025, p.  102, paras.  27-32).

The defendant was asked to demonstrate the occurrence of the accident using two toy vehicles and testified:
"A.  I'm in the white car on my right, a blue mixed Kia is on my left, and the accident happened in such a way that the two vehicles come to each other in a curve and collide front to front.
Q.  Are you claiming that the accident occurred within the curve itself?
A.  I claim that I was driving on the road and it was dark, rainy and I saw lights in front of me, if you want an answer from me as to what the angle of the road was at that moment, I don't know how to answer you." (See his testimony of April 1,2025, p.  103, paras.  5-10).
