The examiner was asked if what the witnesses said did not match the findings on the ground, Is what
All he has left are the grooves in the road, and he testified that:
"A.  It's not just the grooves, you can connect the field of vision experiment to Ayalon's testimony and understand that if there was a deviation of the Kia car, he would definitely see it.  In my testimony (Z.L.  - Shalev - A.H.B.) he said that the accident was in their lane, that the Kia driver reacted to the accident by swerving to the left.
Q.  If the Kia swerved to the left in response to the accident, does it not fit your findings that the grooves are facing right?
A.  Everything happens in a very short time, it is possible that he sees the very fact of being thrown to the right as a deviation.  What we describe in court as separate segments of the accident, (frames) the witness Ayalon sees it as a single piece of the accident." (See his testimony of January 15,2025, pp.  61-62, paras.  32-28).

When the examiner was asked about the testimony of the witness Ayalon Zadok that he did not say that there was a head-on collision rather than a 90-degree frontal collision on the side, and that he recorded in the examination report in section 11, subsection 10, that there was a head-on collision from Alon's testimony, he replied:
"He didn't say head-on, when I ask him Ayalon, how do you know that the lane opposite has swerved into his lane, the witness replies, 'I saw him live in our lane' (reading from his testimony).  Later, when he is asked which lane the accident occurred, he replies, "In our lane, " so if his Kia is in the actual lane, then I say that his words say that it is head-on.
...
I registered head-on, because Ayalon Zadok did not say that the collision was at 90 degrees, but rather that the vehicle broke in their direction by 90 degrees, and then they collided after the Kia moved a little to the left.  I explained in the previous hearing to the court's question that when the defendant's vehicle exits the curve, it looks as if it reaches the lane of Ayalon and the victim at 90 degrees." (See his testimony of February 6,2025, pp.  85-86, paras.  24-27,17-20).
