Researcher No. 3, Shlomi Pereg'Ven:            It's not an activity, write it down you don't [03:36:39.923] (unclear words) ...  It's impossible...

Interrogee, Miki Ganor:                      You can't call it an eighth, an eighth.

Investigator No. 1, Bat Chen Cohen: In both emails, right?

Interrogee , Miki Ganor:                     Two emails.

.....

Investigator No. 1, Bat Chen Cohen: Two emails [03:36:52.451] there I am not mistaken....

Researcher No. 3, Shlomi Pereg'Ven:            Yes, two.

Investigator No. 1, Bat Chen Cohen: Two.

Researcher No. 3, Shlomi Pereg'Ven:            One is the price quote.

Investigator No. 1, Bat Chen Cohen: [03:36:54.513] The quote and that's it.

Interrogee , Miki Ganor:            Yes, two emails.  Now let's really assume let's go, let's say that at Ronen you find some more emails or - Kay? Now, the very fact that it didn't pass on to me I emphasize it [03:37:05.776] that it didn't pass on to me, you understand that it had nothing, no meat that could be claimed.  I worked for Mickey, I gave service [03:37:12.961] I did blah blah blah that's what there is.

  1. It also emerges from Ganor's words that the emails that were exchanged were in fact fictitious, and that there was no real activity behind them, but rather artificial activity intended to "pour content" in order to disguise the payments. In his interrogation, Ganor explained that this activity was ostensibly intended for "the day of the order", with the aim of producing records, records, data and meetings that would serve as a cover for the fictitious payment that was transferred to the defendant.
  2. In addition, in the framework of the document of exhausting the evidence - from the exhibits belonging to Ronen Shemer in the analysis of text messages (P/30 lot 45), it can be seen that not only is this a lack of activity, but the message sent by the defendant attests to a prolonged communication disconnect, which indicates a lack of significant action.
Thus, on May 20, 2015, Tzachi Lieber sent a message to Ronen Shemer, stating that the two had not met for a long time, and Shemer replied that he would talk to Mickey and try to coordinate a meeting, to which Lieber replied, "Great." Shemer later added that Secretary Josie would call to coordinate the meeting, and that in any case, Mickey would be available only at the end of June or the beginning of July; This correspondence speaks for itself and points to the nature of Lieber's conduct and the lack of work he provided to Ganor.
  3. Ganor's media studies and telephone emissions also indicate the lack of ongoing contact between Ganor and his people and Sharan or Lieber. Thus, for example, Ganor explains the relevant statement (P/75A, starting at page 19, line 13):

Investigator No. 1, Bat Chen Cohen:  [00:46:07.135] (unclear words) OK.
