As part of the procedure in which a receiver was appointed to the assets of Emblaze Inc.'s founder, Mr. Eli Reifman, in which our firm currently represents Mr. Reifman, this week a decision was issued in which the Supreme Court partially rejected the appeal, but deleted a substantial part of the ruling of the House. District Court and requires the District Court to set another hearing on the matter.
