Publication on an international M&A closed at the beginning of the month and managed by our firm. Our office represented a French company purchasing all video activity of an Israeli pubic company and concurrently represented the company in the USA and Germany.
Attorneys Doron Afik and Daniel Ben-Shoa of the office of Afik Turgeman represented VITEC Multimedia (https://www.vitec.com) which last week purchased the video activity of the Israeli Optibase company
