Haim Pinchas, once the prince of Tel Aviv's nightlife, who is still struggling to recover from the catastrophe of the Colosseum, will settle the lawsuit filed against him by Tal Tzach Cohen and Maayan Tzach Cohen, a pair of chefs he employed. The two claimed in the lawsuit that Pinchas withdrew their wages, cursed Maayan and even imprisoned her in the club.
The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court ruled that he must pay them NIS 95,000. After the duo also sued him for defamation, Pinchas agreed to apologize and pledged not to damage their professional reputation.
Adv. Doron Afik representing the couple:
"I am happy that after a year, Mr. Pinchas has recovered from the defamation. The Colosseum's financial debt is in the process of being executed and we will take all legal measures to collect it."
Haim Pinchas, why did you imprison her?
"I can not talk. I'm on a motorcycle."
I ask for a proper response to dessert.
"Not interested and I have no response."
