Defendant 5, Ms. Vera Yoffe (hereinafter:  Ms. Yoffe or Defendant 5), denied the indictment, but she confirms what is stated in this paragraph in the sentence.  Ms. Yoffe has worked at Negev Ceramics since 2008.  During the period relevant to the indictment, she served as the director of the economic department at the Negev Ceramics Group.  As part of her role, she performed analyses for the Negev Ceramics Group in various industries, and was a partner in building the budget and monitoring its implementation.  Ms. Yoffe worked under Mr. Ivschitz's direct management and participated in management meetings.

Defendant 6, Mr. Mashiach David (hereinafter: Mr. David or Defendant 6), who confessed to the charges against him and was convicted, has been working at Negev Ceramics since 2008 as a quality control and inventory reliability manager.  As part of his position, he was responsible, among other things, for carrying out inventory counts in the branches, controlling the transfer certificates between warehouses, and checking the quality of inventory.

 

Defendant 7, Mr. Tomer Kobani, reached a plea bargain, which is supposed to be presented to the court, Mr. Kobani began working at Negev Ceramics in 1998.  Kobani has served as the group's merchant department manager since 2011, and has been a member of the management of the Negev Ceramics Group since 2014.  As part of his position, he was responsible for the Merchants Department's compliance with its sales and collection targets.  His salary was influenced by the Negev Ceramics Group's achievement of these goals.

Defendant 8, Mr. Yaakov Rauchorberg (hereinafter: Mr. Rauchorberg or Defendant 8), also reached a plea bargain with the accuser to be presented before the court.  Mr. Rauchorberg has worked at Negev Ceramics since 1997, Mr. Rauchorberger has been a member of the management of the Negev Ceramics Group since 2000 and served as the Group's Information Systems Manager.  As part of his role, he was responsible for the ERP system, which includes the main modules related to the company's activities, such as: logistics, sales, inventory, and trade; and the CRM, which coordinates customer service and sales.
