- On November 10.In 2020, a long email was sent to the defendant by the company's attorney (page 144 of the company's attorney's affidavit) in which she once again mentions the delay in the works. It also notes about the certificates: "As for the certificates that you explain that you have already presented, I went through the update you sent again and did not see the aforementioned certificates, but I did see your notice that approvals have not yet been issued from the Ministry of Health/Conservation Department."
