The witness, Adv. As stated, I give full confidence to the testimony of the company's attorney and accept her version that if the defendants had paid the rent within the extension times given to them to correct the violations, the agreement with the new tenant would not have been signed. This is consistent with the testimony of Ido Porat, the CEO of the new tenant, who described the matter as follows:
