Immediately after the end of the conversation, at 3:25 P.M., Defendant 1 calls N. (Conversation 15-25-55; Conversation 14, Bat/27, pp. 33-34) and asks her what is happening, N. is heard crying and informs him that she is at the police station, that they found the deceased's phone thrown in the dirt and his car burned, but she does not know where it is. Defendant 1 asks if there is a clue, asks if the car was empty and she says that she doesn't think there was anything in the car but it was all burnt and the phone was next to it; Defendant 1 asks if fingerprints were taken, and she replies that the phone was taken and examined. Later, when N. asks where the deceased might be, Defendant 1 tells her that it may have something to do with his friend from the center, that he would go to get organized with him and owe him money; He said that the deceased had recently spoken to him about it and asked him to lend him money, because he owed him 3,000 shekels, and said that maybe they were just trying to scare him. Defendant 1 says that he is more shocked than she is, because he should have met the deceased yesterday after work and waited for him. Defendant 1 asks N. to call him when she leaves the station.
At 3:51 p.m., Defendant 1 calls his neighbor Vera (Conversation 15-51-41; Conversation 14, Pt/27, p. 35), and asks if she can come into his house after work, because he needs her to do something there. Later, he tells her, "Right, there's Morty's case there?... Okay? Then throw it in the trash"; Defendant 1 asks her to try as hard as possible, because it is very important to him, and she says that she will update him with messages.
