In tests performed to identify a suspicious substance such as blood, blood was found on the outer sock of the two, but no reportable genetic profile was obtained from it (p. 4). In the second (internal) sock, a partial profile was obtained in one sample that includes more than one specification, which is not comparable; In a second sample, a very partial profile was obtained and evidence of the mixture was obtained, but the profile is not comparable (p. 7).
Samples taken from the rock at the scene found blood, which could have originated in the deceased or another man with the same genetic profile; And the source of the discussion could also be a deceased person or a man with an identical genetic profile; The prevalence of men in the population with the same genetic profile is estimated at one in more than a billion. The source of the hearing was added civilly from the mobile phone in a mixture of more than two details, with the deceased being one of the sources for this mixture (p. 7).
The source of the additional civilian discussion in the sample on the right side of the pistol handle is a mixture of at least two individuals, of which the deceased cannot be one; And in other samples from the gun, no reportable genetic profile was obtained. The sample taken from the pistol holster yielded a mixture of at least three individuals, and this profile is not comparable (pp. 4-7).
Blood was found in the samples taken from the bag found in the garbage container, but no further civil and humanitarian discussion was held that meets the threshold requirements for determining genetic profiling. The paper bag in which the drugs were found also did not receive an additional civil and humane discussion that meets the threshold requirements for determining genetic profiling (p. 4).
Fingerprint Testing
Among the various exhibits examined, fingerprints were found on the pistol cartridge (the cartridge that was inside the gun, and not the one seized separately at the scene – G.S.), on pistol bullets in the second cartridge, and on the paper bag in which the drugs were found. The fingerprint on the cartridge that was inside the pistol was found to be the fingerprint of defendant 2 (P/87, P/87A).
