Regarding the planning and events that preceded the event

In his fourth interrogation on February 28, 2018, at approximately 11:15 P.M  . (Disc P/4A, transcript P/4; it should be noted that some of the quotes quoted below do not appear in the transcript, but are well heard in the interrogation documentation disc – P/4A), Defendant 1 claimed that he and Defendant 2 wanted to "organize" with drugs, the deceased told him that "he had a direction", and he told Defendant 2 this; they met with the deceased on Sunday,  They agreed to buy 75 grams from him, smoked the drug together and arranged to meet on Monday, and it was agreed, according to Defendant 2, that the deceased would bring the drug to the home of Defendant 1, since Defendant 2 would come to him anyway.  Later (on Monday, Tuesday), the defendants sat at his house, drank and smoked in such a way that "I was retardedly high", and at around 03:00 after the deceased returned from work, they met at the house of defendant 1; defendant 2 asked if there was any remote area where the transaction could be carried out, he himself offered to jump into the woods, the deceased agreed and they drove off.  According to him, defendant 2 asked the deceased several times not to have a gun because he was afraid, and the deceased left the gun in a car parked near the place where the police found him; They walked to the entrance of Ivim while they were talking, when the money was with defendant 2 and he did not understand why he was dragging out time, when suddenly defendant 2 attacked the deceased (P/4, pp. 2-4).

Defendant 1 later said, " Before that, I didn't understand why he told me that, but he told me to leave the phones at home.  I told him why?...  Supposedly, you have the money.  You came and said that...  Let us make the deal (an unclear word)...  But what is there to leave the phones at home?", and Defendant 2 replied , "No, it's...  You know, go know, wiretaps, quotes, something like that" and so they left the phones at home (ibid., p. 6).
