Later, when he was told that the interrogation material showed that they had tried to come to the deceased's house on Sunday and steal the drugs from there, defendant 1 replied in the affirmative, saying that during the night they wanted to break into the house and steal the drugs, entered through the gate of the house, saw that the door and windows were locked, walked around, defendant 2 suggested that they climb from the adjacent house, they tried to climb but did not succeed and therefore gave up (P/5A, pp. 15-16).

After the reconstruction, and before the next interrogation began, when defendant 1 watched the reenactment video, the interrogator asked Lazmi whether he had brought a sock with him from home (P/7B appointed 18:55 onwards; the words were not transcribed in A/7A).  In response, Defendant 1 raised his head, thought for a moment, and shook his head in the negative, and to another question he replied, "It could be that [Defendant 2]  took a sock from me at home"; but to the question of why Defendant 2 would take a sock and which sock he took, he replied, "I don't know, I didn't look at what he was doing, I didn't think he was planning to do anything that I would have to remember."

In the interrogation following the reconstruction of March 1, 2018 at 04:20 (Notice P/7, CDs P/7B, P/7D, P/7F; transcripts P/7A, P/7C, P/7E), defendant 1 again described his conversations with the deceased about the drugs, claimed that he did not want to purchase them but offered it to defendant 2, and therefore they went to the deceased's house and smoked there, and defendant 2 agreed with the deceased that he would take the 75 grams and pay NIS 60 per gram.  According to him, afterwards, when they went to his house, defendant 2 asked him if the deceased lived alone and if his partner lived with him, he replied that he did not know but that he thought he was at work at this time, and defendant 2 suggested that they come in and take the drugs for him; He thought Defendant 2 was laughing, but when he realized that he was serious, he agreed to go with him and did not know why.  They came to the deceased's house, saw that there were cameras around, tried to enter and saw that there were bars, tried to climb from behind but couldn't, and he told defendant 2 to leave it.  The next day, defendant 2 asked him if the deceased was serious and he answered in the affirmative and said that the deceased had shown him the drug, and defendant 2 asked him to tell the deceased that they would meet with him that day; Defendant 1 told the deceased to bring the drugs home because defendant 2 wanted to buy them, the deceased did so, and he informed defendant 2 of this (P/7 S. 14-33).
