Further to what was described, the defendant's National Insurance Institute, on or about the same day, at 3:30 P.M., when the prison guard Liel Farjun (hereinafter: "the prison guard Liel") passed near the cell, the defendant asked the consolidation of the prison guard's claims to Liel about the prospect of his release from his chain. When the guard replied to the defendant that this would become clear only after assessing the situation in his case, and apparently the next day, the defendant told the guard Liel, "Tomorrow is not good, it's late, the girl will already be hurt."
In his actions described above, the defendant threatened the guards Liel and Amir with unlawful harm to the bodyof a collective dispute of declaratory law – general law or the liberty of the guard S.A. and her daughter, andthe consolidation of claims in a financial-supreme case in order to intimidate or diminish them. Therefore, a wage earnerunder the authority of the Registrar was charged with two offenses of threats – under section 192 of the Penal Law.
The conduct of the legal process and the procedural arrangement
On October 29, 2025, an appeal was filed in the case of Kafi - the Supreme Court of the Parties to a plea bargain, in which the two attached indictments were amended as detailed above, and the defendant confessed and the wage earnerwith authority registered the offenses attributed to him in the amended indictments. The parties did not filean appeal in the case of the Supreme Court and the Committee for Consensus as to the punishment to which they would appeal, and the arguments for the sentence were postponed to a later date.
