The accuser's arguments for punishment
Counsel for the accuser argued that the defendant's criminal and traffic record is relevant to our case, referred to his last conviction in criminal case 8206-04-19 and noted that the validity of the imprisonment in a financial-supreme conditional case that was sentenced to him there, expired about 5 days before the first offense appeals committee in the case at hand. She also claimed that the defendant National Insurance had a stolen vehicle next to him and drove it when his driver's license and insurance expired, more than two years ago, and his traffic record shows that this is not the first time he has driven without a driver's license.
Counsel for the accuser presented a consolidation of the proceedings, and claimed that when the defendant was arrested, he began to make serious threats in a financial-supreme case against two guards for harming the other guard and her minor daughter, while explicitly stating that he knew where she lived. When arbitration claims were filed in the main case, the defendant requested that his case be transferred to the community court, but shortly after the first hearing scheduled there, he was arrested again, and when the detectives of the Oz unit challenged a financial case – the Supreme Planning and Building Committee – local committees and a violation report, the defendant threw objects and threatened a financial case – the Supreme Court of the detectives to kill their dog. In the opinion of the accuser's counsel, this conduct is indicative of a case-Supreme Court defendant who has no fear of the law, which expresses contempt for the court's decision and the "ventilation windows" that were given to him in order to bankrupt the consolidation of claims that will be established.
Counsel for the accuser argued that the defendant violated the protected social values by his actions, in the main case – the defense, the financial case – supreme, the sense of security of public servants and their ability to carry out their work lawfully and without fear, especially when it comes to guards and detectives who are among the entities enforcing the consolidation of lawsuits and public order.
