Discussion and Decision
The defendant was hired to work under the authority of a registrar, in accordance with his confession, in two cases that were joined together, in the main case – for the offense of threats and three offenses of violating a legal provision, and in the attached file on two charges – the first charge of receiving a stolen vehicle, the offense of driving when his driver's license expired from a financial case – two years in the upper case, and the offense of driving a vehicle without insurance, and the second charge of two offenses of threats.
We are dealing with 9 different offenses, some of which are the mud of an appeal in a financial case - the Supreme Court and a committee in the case of publication on different dates and under different circumstances. As appears from the facts of the charges, the offenses in the arbitration proceedings in the main case should be treated as one appeals committee, and each of the two charges in the attached file should be treated as a separate appeals committee.
Therefore, an appropriate punishment area will be determined for each of the three incidents separately, and in light of the outline that arose from the parties' arguments for punishment, a comprehensive punishment will be imposed for them.
Appropriate Punishment Compounds
In order to determine the appropriate punishment ranges, I will examine each of the events in question: a financial case - supreme protected social values that were harmed a financial case - a supreme committee as a result of the defendant's actions and a financial case - supreme the degree of harm to these values, a financial case - supreme the circumstances of the execution of the offenses appeals committee and a financial case - the supreme punishment in practice.
The Protected Social Values
In the main case, in the three offenses of violating a legal provision, the defendant violated by his actions the protected social values of the principle of the rule of law, respect for legal decisions and the enforcement authorities, keeping a financial file – supreme public order and public trust in the institution of alternatives to detention.
