Interpreter, Idit:      Instead of trying to figure out what's in the chimneys and what's measured in the air on the site, air that the community doesn't aspire to, we're doing something different instead..

Interpreter, Idit:      Before, we didn't have residents.  OK.  OK.  In your opinion, is there no significance to measurements that are made in the vicinity of the stacks in terms of substances that are emitted into the air, if we're talking about the breathing of residents that live about 1 kilometer away from the stacks?
