A:        Anonymous.

Q:        Nope.  From where?  You are testifying here about the penetration of substances into the human body and the creation of radicals.  Where are you from, what did you rely on?

A:        I have relied on several studies, some of which appear on my list, and one of them, what we saw earlier, is this Finnish article..

Q:        One of them is the Finnish.

A:        It shows, but other articles show it scientifically.

Q:        Scientifically.  Now, When you testified in Kishon, you said that you relied on the Finnish article, that's what we've shown here.

A:        Yes.

Q:        Since then, have more articles been written?

A:        No, no, I didn't deal with it

Q:        Didn't you deal with it?

A:        I didn't deal

Q:        So except for the The Finnish article Who teaches, who taught you about the penetration of substances into the human body.  What other articles mentioned in your opinion are a source for this and from which you learned that substances enter the human body?

A:        I don't remember, but there are several, I don't remember them.  I can't tell you right now.

(pp. 111-116).

  1. Regarding the thesis he presented in his opinion regarding the 'free radicals', the expert was even asked and answered:

Q:        Now please confirm me, it is also due to your answers now That there is no analysis in your opinion that says even in relation to how many radicals are generated from one factor versus another or in relation to air pollution.

A:        I don't have data on it, I didn't find it

Q:        You didn't find it.

A:        I couldn't find any data

Q:        There is also no data regarding air pollution

A:        No data.  But as I said, air pollution also has other mechanisms and it's complex, but in general, by and large, you'll see the reports of the region and some increase in cancerous diseases.

[....]

Q:         The reports of the area are reports on how much of a substance there is in the air and how many rates of illness there are.
