The urgency shown by moving Cohen's hearing venue on his way to signing the coveted contract caused him to selectively read the contract he had signed; to ignore clear warning signs that any person, and certainly a lawyer, would not have skipped without thorough investigation; to sign an illegal contract knowing that false reports would be made to the tax authorities; to provide versions in the present proceeding that are incoherent with each other; and to advise his friends on matters he does not understand.  Contrary to the claim of the transfer of the venue of the Cohen hearing, I am faithful to the version of the transfer of the venue of the hearing of Mualem that he explained to the transfer of the place of the hearing of Cohen and his friends the main points of the contract, including clause 15.  However, as Mr. Sidon testified, even soon afterwards, when he realized that "there was a chance we ate it" and was "very upset," his friends on the other hand "rejected it outright," thought he was "babbling," and "they were pretty much unbothered about it." This is only because the relocation of the venue of the hearing was removed from his face even the warnings of the transfer of the place of the concealed hearing.

Plaintiff 5 - Transfer of Hearing Place Avishai Junger

In his affidavit, Junger reiterated a version that is quite identical to that of his friend, plaintiff No.  4, that of Ariel Cohen.  The question marks that I raised, therefore, with respect to the version of the transfer of the place of the Cohen hearing, are to a great extent also relevant to the version of the transfer of the place of the Junger hearing.

Thus, Mr. Sidon testified, as stated, that even after the transfer of the venue of the hearing, Junger told him that he was not familiar with "any such practice" (p.  1469 of Prov.  S.  18), in the framework of which the land was returned to the Administrator.  This is despite the fact that when the venue was moved, Junger claimed in his affidavit that "my occupation is in the field of torts (personal injury) and I do not deal with the field of real estate in general and in matters of administrative land and/or agricultural land in particular" (paragraph 13 of his affidavit).
