The Probation Service was of the opinion that it would be appropriate to integrate Defendant 1 into welfare treatment in order to enable her to receive the appropriate answers for her in terms of language as well, and recommended the imposition of a probation order for a period of one year, in which the treatment given to the defendant would be monitored by the relevant authorities. In addition, the Probation Service recommended imposing an actual prison sentence so that he would serve community service.
In the report dated November 16, 2025, it was noted that defendant 1 came to a welfare meeting at her place of residence in order to examine treatment options for her and to integrate into tailored treatment. The report submitted to the Probation Service indicates that the therapeutic entity was impressed by the mental distress that Defendant 1 is dealing with in all matters related to the legal process, her divorce and the death of her mother, and that the program will focus on a number of aspects:
- her mental state and her referral to a psychiatric examination in order to examine her condition.
- Intensive psychotherapy, an individual treatment that will focus on the defendant's mental state and will focus on processing the traumatic baggage, the death of her mother, her divorce and the legal process.

- Maintaining financial independence, supporting the defendant's full independent livelihood and building a support network, assisting in creating social and supportive relationships outside the family.
Defendant 2:
- In the Probation Service report dated June 30, 2025, the circumstances of defendant 2's life and her personal and family background were detailed.
Defendant 2, 27 years old, is married and has three children aged 2 to 8 years, and lives with her family in Arara in the Negev. She completed 12 years of study with a matriculation certificate and is in the midst of a bachelor's degree in mathematics at the University of Hebron.
