There is no need to elaborate on words in order to convince us that such a complex operation, which has been planned for weeks at least, and while investing such considerable resources in time, manpower, information accumulation, risk of exposure, etc., is not intended to end with mere follow-up.  The conduct on the day of the murder itself also leads to the same conclusion, since the conspirators were not satisfied with the morning surveillance, but resumed it once again in the afternoon, and upon the resumption of the surveillance, the defendant summoned the Toyota occupants to join him, and from there they conducted themselves in one sequence, while maintaining proactive telephone contact on the part of the defendant, until the murder was committed.  There is no reasonable way to explain this conduct of the defendant, other than the necessary conclusion that he was aware of all the details of the plan, including the intentions underlying it, and was a full partner in them.

Moreover, even if there is no direct evidence that the defendant knew about the acquisition of pistols and ammunition, his own conduct testifies to the fact that he was well aware of the acquisition and the intention to kill, since the defendant was not surprised in the slightest and did not deviate for a moment from the preliminary plan that had been outlined.  Thus, even though the murder was committed right in front of his eyes, the defendant did not panic and fled for his life, while distancing himself from the shooters - on the contrary, he immediately drove to the meeting point, gathered the shooters to his car and fled the scene.  Later, he personally directed the actions intended to obscure the traces of the shooters and prevent the police from seizing the Mitsubishi, actions in which he had a direct and main interest in them, as someone who stayed in the Mitsubishi for long hours and whose involvement could have been exposed in forensic findings.  The defendant was not surprised by the fatal shooting, took full part in the implementation of the joint plan and even continued to implement the plan until the moment of his arrest.
