In these circumstances, the accuser was able to clearly prove both his most significant factual part in the planning and execution of the murder and the clear psychological element that accompanies it - the intention to bring about the death of the deceased, through joint activity, as one body, of all the members of the organization. Therefore, and taking into account the extensive factual basis cited above, which well establishes the defendant's responsibility for the offenses detailed in the indictment, I would suggest to my colleagues that the defendant be convicted of all the offenses attributed to him in the indictment, as a joint perpetrator.
